At Orthofeet®, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 60-day wear test to ensure your new footwear provides the perfect fit and relief. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide easy returns and exchanges to help you find the right orthopedic solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Select Exchange or Refund

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or width, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your shoes in their original box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
